Tree Trunk and Mountains (photo)

Alas, this tree is no more. Lightning struck it a few years ago, destroying it completely.

License

This license has changed. I originally published it under a specific share-alike license. I am not permitting anyone to create a mirror site or serve up a large portion of my images on their own site (thus claiming their own site as the origin or publisher, especially if using it for commercial purposes). However, generally you may use the work if you just need to clip a piece or two to use as decoration for your site or to illustrate a point or something. "Fair use" is permitted, but I'm going beyond that to allow a certain amount of commercial use and distribution, especially if you just use a portion of the work in some creative way (by modifying it or adding to it). If feasible, please thank us in some way, by adding a tagline such as "Courtesy of SouthernMuse.com" or a link back to this blog or my main website. If you're not sure about these permissions, email me and ask about fair use.
